Returns and Complaints

As a customer, you have full right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received the item(s) in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. For collection in store, the right of withdrawal starts to run 5 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for collection. The right of withdrawal applies even if the goods are on sale. Attached to all orders is a return form and information on the right of withdrawal. A return form must be used. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item must be unused, the tags must be on and the item must be without odor or stains. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging where possible. The customer must cover any shipping costs for the return themselves. Ma Colline Boutique AS is not responsible for any transport damage upon return, so remember to pack the item(s) well.

Routine for return

  1. Fill in the slip with return form that was attached to your order. If you have lost it, you can download and fill in a new one here.
  1. Place the return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in the packaging you received from macolline.no.
  1. Go to posten.no/bestill , create a shipping code and follow the steps for easy shipping. You must cover shipping costs yourself for any return. You are free to choose the shipping method, but we recommend the post/bring for easy returns.
  1. Deliver the return package to the nearest Posten/Bring delivery point.
  1. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as we have processed your return. Please note that this can take up to 14 days.

If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, we will refund the money as soon as we have processed your return. The money will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days, depending on which bank you have. During public holidays, Christmas and Easter, we calculate a maximum of 2 weeks.

NB! There is no right of return on cushions and seams of curtains, seat cushions, wall boards and decorative cushions that are specially made for the customer.
There is no right of return on certain sale items/exhibition models.

Complaint

If there is a fault with the item you have received, you generally have the right to complain for 2 years from when you received the item. This requires that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you present a receipt and/or order number that the item was purchased from us. The right to complain expires if the product has been abnormally used or washed incorrectly.

In the event of a complaint, you send us an e-mail at post@macolline.no so that we can send you a complaint form. Attach clear images of the product to your email. We will initially exchange the item for a new one, but if the item is sold out, we will refund the full amount.

Refunds for returns and complaints

When we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. If you return the entire purchase, you will be refunded the value of the item(s) within 14 days of us receiving your return.

For card payment and VIPPS, the money will be transferred to the payment card you used when you placed the order. It takes between 3-10 days before the money is back on your payment card.

If you have used a Klarna invoice and return all or part of your order, the invoice will be updated when your return is processed. If the due date has expired before the return is received, Klarna must be contacted to avoid any cancellation fees. You can also easily manage this through Klarna's app. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will make sure that you get the money back.

Transport damage

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that goods are damaged during transport.
If the item is damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately, and the following must be done:

  1. Ensure photo documentation of the damage, both of the packaging and the damaged item.
    2. Send an email to post@macolline.no with photo documentation and a description of the damage(s) as well as the order number.
    3. Leave the shipment, including the original packaging, intact until the matter is resolved.
