Purchase conditions

The following are terms of agreement that apply to purchases in the macolline.no online store. These conditions apply between Ma Colline Boutique AS and private individuals who use our online store. A purchase is considered an agreement. The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has submitted an order to the seller. The agreement is nevertheless not binding if there have been typographical or typing errors in the offer from the seller in the order and the payment solution.

Payment

All prices in the online shop are stated in NOK including VAT.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the permission of your parent/guardian to order from us.

We use Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and VIPPS as payment partners. As a customer, you can easily choose between card and invoice payment and also have the option to pay in installments after the purchase. We use 3D Secure, which is a security standard created by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the internet. The transfer takes place with secure SSL encryption. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card information when it is sent from the online store to the payment provider. Shopping with us is 100% safe.

The fact that we use Klarna in our checkout means that we can transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the page with the checkout is uploaded, so that Klarna can handle your purchase. Your transferred personal data will be processed in line with Klarna's own privacy statement .

Delivery

You have two delivery options in our online store:

Package to collection point via Posten/Bring

When you shop with us, you can have your order sent to you with free shipping. Parcel for pick-up is sent with tracking to your nearest drop-off point. You will receive an SMS when the shipment has arrived at the delivery location. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct telephone number when ordering. The package must be collected within the collection deadline.

Pick up in store

You can pick up your order free of charge in our store at Schultz gate 19 in Oslo. You will receive an email and SMS with a collection code when your order is ready for collection, and you enter this when you arrive at the store. Please note that you cannot collect your order until you have received confirmation that the package is ready for collection. NB! Only the person who ordered the package can collect it - and identification must be presented.

Please note that macolline.no only ships to addresses within mainland Norway.

Delivery time

The delivery time is normally 1-5 working days after the package has been sent from us. In periods of high demand, at holidays such as Christmas and Easter, as well as the public holiday, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. Information regarding extended delivery times will then be provided by email upon purchase, as far as possible. If you have not received your package within 12 days, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us. After one month, the item is considered delivered.

Certain items are made-to-order items and have a longer delivery time. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date if the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered.

If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250. When collecting in store, please note that orders that are not collected within 4 months of ordering will return to Ma Colline Boutique AS's ownership.

You yourself are responsible for providing the correct e-mail and telephone number when ordering. Please note that e-mails may end up in the spam filter, so it may be a good idea to check your junk mail.

Transport damage

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that goods are damaged during transport.
If the item is damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately , and the following must be done:

  1. Secure photo documentation of the damage, both inside and outside packaging and the damaged item.
  2. Send an email to post@macolline.no with photo documentation and a description of the damage(s) as well as the order number.
  3. Leave the shipment (including packaging) intact until the matter is resolved.

Right of withdrawal, return, exchange and complaint

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have full right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received the item(s) in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. For collection in store, the right of withdrawal starts to run 7 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for collection. The right of withdrawal applies even if the goods are on sale. Attached to all orders is a return form and information on the right of withdrawal. A return form must be used. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item must be unused, the tags must be on and the item must be without odor or stains. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging where possible. The customer must cover any shipping costs for the return themselves. Ma Colline Boutique AS is not responsible for any transport damage upon return, so remember to pack the item(s) well.

Routine for return

  1. Fill in the slip with return form that was attached to your order.
  2. Place the return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in the packaging you received from macolline.no.
  3. Deliver the return package to the nearest delivery point.
  4. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as we have processed your return. Please note that this can take up to 14 days.


If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, we will refund the money as soon as we have processed your return. The money will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days, depending on which bank you have. During public holidays, Christmas and Easter, we calculate a maximum of 2 weeks.

NB! There is no right of return on cushions and seams of curtains, seat cushions, wall boards and decorative cushions that are specially made for the customer.
There is no right of return on certain sale items/exhibition models.

If there is a fault with the item you have received, you generally have the right to complain for 2 years from when you received the item. This requires that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you present a receipt and/or order number that the item was purchased from us. The right to complain expires if the product has been abnormally used or washed incorrectly.

In the event of a complaint, you send us an e-mail at post@macolline.no so that we can send you a complaint form. Attach clear images of the product to your email. We will initially exchange the item for a new one, but if the item is sold out, we will refund the full amount.

Transport damage

  1. Ensure photo documentation of the damage, both of the packaging and the damaged item.
    2. Send an email to post@macolline.no with photo documentation and a description of the damage(s) as well as the order number.
    3. Leave the shipment, including the original packaging, intact until the matter is resolved.

Refunds for returns and complaints
When we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. If you return the entire purchase, you will be refunded the value of the item(s) within 14 days of us receiving your return.

For card payment and VIPPS, the money will be transferred to the payment card you used when you placed the order. It takes between 3-10 days before the money is back on your payment card.

If you have used a Klarna invoice and return all or part of your order, the invoice will be updated when your return is processed. If the due date has expired before the return is received, Klarna must be contacted to avoid any cancellation fees. You can also easily manage this through Klarna's app. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will make sure that you get the money back.
