Collection & use of your personal data
- Completion of your order
In order to process your order, we need some information from you. We need your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment details and of course which products you have ordered. - When you complete an order, the payment is handled by our payment solution partners, Klarna and Vipps. When your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we share your name, address, e-mail and telephone number with our transport partners (Posten/Bring) to complete the delivery.
Our payment and transport partners are obliged to keep your information safe.
Improving your user experience
We work continuously to give you the very best user and trading experience on our websites. We do this in various ways, but an important part of it is being able to track your searches on our website. We do this with the help of cookies. Read more about this under Cookies further down.
Marketing
We also use your information to be able to send marketing to you and to be able to tailor the marketing you see.
You can always object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by unsubscribing from the newsletter in the link accompanying the email.
Marketing in e-mail and SMS
If you have an active customer relationship with us, we can send you marketing by e-mail or with other electronic communication methods in accordance with Section 15 of the Marketing Act. This includes newsletters and other inquiries regarding content, services, offers, campaigns and events from us, via e-mail, telephone, SMS and social media.
If, on the other hand, you do not have an active customer relationship, we will only send such marketing if you have given us your consent to this. Your personal data can also be used to customize this communication. You can unsubscribe from marketing inquiries easily and free of charge at any time through the unsubscribe function in the e-mails/SMS.

If you choose to create a personal customer account, you must provide us with your name and email address. You can also choose to give us your phone number and address. In your account, you can see your personal data and your order history.
Shopify
This website uses Shopify as a platform, a company located in Canada. Information relating to your orders is stored at Shopify. If you wish to have this data provided, corrected or deleted, please contact us.
Contact forms
If you use one of our contact forms, the form will be sent as an e-mail to us, and will be stored on our e-mail server. A copy of the e-mail may also be stored in a database in addition, to ensure that we have received your message should the e-mail not arrive. This database is deleted periodically.

In addition to the above-mentioned processing of your personal data, we use and store your personal data to comply with regulatory requirements, e.g. accounting rules.

Google Analytics/GA4
We use Google Analytics/GA4 to:

- Remember the number and time of previous visits

- Determine the start and end of a visit
Cookies from commercial third-party actors
We use cookies from third-party actors (Google Ads and Meta) to be able to provide our users/customers with relevant marketing and a good user experience. We also use it to measure the effect of and display more relevant advertisements. The cookies do not record any personal information on the website and the data is anonymised.
