Do you have all the pillows in stock?

We have many pillows in stock, but some are made to order. You will be notified when your order has been processed whether the item is available or needs to be ordered.

Can I buy directly in the store?

Of course! We are constantly designing new cushions and there will always be something new to discover.

Can you help us with furnishing tips?

Yes, we can. Come by the store, contact us by email or DM on Instagram. Feel free to send pictures and we will make suggestions. For larger stylings, we make home visits. Contact us at post@macolline.no and we will help you!

I have ordered the wrong product in the webshop, can I change or cancel?

Can I return an item I have purchased?

As a customer, you have full right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received the item(s). For collection in store, the right of withdrawal starts to run 7 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for collection. Fill in the right of withdrawal form that came with the shipment, and send the item back to us. Return costs are covered by the buyer. When returning goods, the goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unused and in the original packaging. As soon as we have received the item, we will refund the amount to you. This does not apply to cushions and seams of curtains, seat cushions, wall boards and decorative cushions that are specially made for the customer. Where can I find the right of withdrawal form?

The form will be sent as an attachment to your package. If you can't find it again, send us an email at post@macolline.no and we will send you one again.
