Shipping and Delivery

Parcel to collection point via Posten/Bring i Norge

When you shop with us, you can have your order sent to you with free shipping. Parcel for pick-up is sent with tracking to your nearest drop-off point. You will receive an SMS when the shipment has arrived at the delivery location. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct telephone number when ordering. The package must be collected within the collection deadline.

We do not offer free returns, the customer must bear the cost of the return expenses themselves. Read more about the return procedure here.

Pick up in store

You can pick up your order free of charge in our shop at Schultz gate 19 in Oslo. You will receive an email with a collection code when your order is ready for collection, and you enter this when you arrive at the store. Please note that you cannot collect your order until you have received confirmation that the package is ready for collection.

Shipping Sweden and Denmark

We offer international shipping to Sweden and Denmark via Posten. When you shop with us with a delivery address to Sweden or Denmark, you will receive your order with a fixed shipping price of NOK 250. You can track your package en route via https://www.posten.no/ . All prices are stated in NOK (VAT not included). Orders outside Norway will add customs duties, taxes and other charges which are invoiced by the shipping company and must be paid by the customer. For questions regarding VAT, contact your local customs office or read more at toll.no. You will receive an invoice from the shipping company with calculated taxes and import duties after your package has been delivered. The customer must cover the costs of any return. Please note that macolline.no only ships to addresses within mainland Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

The delivery time is normally 1-2 weeks after the order has been sent to us. In periods of high demand, at holidays such as Christmas and Easter, as well as the public holiday, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. Information regarding extended delivery times will then be provided by email upon purchase, as far as possible. If you have not received your package within 14 days, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us. After one month, the item is considered delivered.

Certain items are made-to-order items and have a longer delivery time. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date if the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered.

If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250. When collecting in store, please note that orders that are not collected within 4 months of ordering will return to Ma Colline Boutique AS's ownership.

You yourself are responsible for providing the correct e-mail and telephone number when ordering. Please note that e-mails may end up in the spam filter, so it may be a good idea to check your junk mail.

Transport damage

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that goods are damaged during transport.
If the item is damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately , and the following must be done:

  1. Secure photo documentation of the damage, both inside and outside packaging and the damaged item.
  2. Send an email to post@macolline.no with photo documentation and a description of the damage(s) as well as the order number.
  3. Leave the shipment (including packaging) intact until the matter is resolved.
