Shipping and Delivery

Parcel delivery via Posten/Bring within Norway

When shopping with us, your order will be shipped free of charge within Norway. Parcels are sent with tracking to your nearest collection point. You will receive an SMS notification when your parcel arrives.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct phone number when placing an order. The parcel must be collected within the collection deadline.

We do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for covering any return shipping costs. Read more about our return procedure here.

In-store pickup (Norway only)

You may collect your order free of charge at our store located at Schultz gate 19 in Oslo, Norway. You will receive an email with a pickup code when your order is ready for collection, which must be presented upon arrival. Please note that you cannot collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Orders with delivery addresses outside Norway are shipped with a flat shipping rate of NOK 350.

Prices in the online store are automatically displayed in the customer’s local currency based on the selected market. For deliveries within Norway, prices include Norwegian VAT. For international orders, Norwegian VAT is deducted at checkout. Local duties, taxes or import fees may be applied upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.

The customer is responsible for covering any return shipping costs. Read more about our return procedure here.

Delivery time

Delivery within Norway normally takes 1–5 business days after the parcel has been dispatched.

For deliveries to Sweden, Denmark and other European countries, delivery normally takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the carrier and local distribution.

During periods of high demand, public holidays such as Christmas and Easter, or during the summer holiday period, delivery times may be longer. Information about possible delays will be provided by email where possible.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter. After one month, the parcel is considered delivered.

Made-to-order items

Some items are made to order and may have longer delivery times. If an item is not in stock and must be ordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of NOK 250 will be charged.

For in-store pickup (Norway only), orders that are not collected within 4 months of purchase will revert to the ownership of Ma Colline Boutique AS.

Contact information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address and phone number when placing an order. Please note that emails may occasionally end up in the spam folder, so we recommend checking your spam or junk mail.

Shipping damage

Unfortunately, items may occasionally be damaged during transport.

If an item has been damaged during shipping, this must be reported immediately, and the following steps must be taken:

  1. Secure photographic documentation of the damage, including both the packaging and the damaged item.
  2. Send an email to post@macolline.no  with the photos, a description of the damage, and your order number. 
  3. Keep the shipment, including the original packaging, intact until the matter has been resolved.
