Do you have all pillows in stock?

We have many pillows in stock, but some items are made to order. You will be notified when your order has been processed if the item is available or needs to be ordered.

Can I purchase items directly in the store?

Of course! We are constantly designing new pillows, and there is always something new to discover in the store.

Where can I visit you?

Our store is located at Majorstuen in Oslo and is easily accessible by public transport and car. Our address is Schultz Gate 19, 0365 Oslo. Phone: 94 82 92 28

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders within Norway.

For international deliveries, a fixed shipping fee applies. Please see more information under Shipping and Delivery.

Can you help with interior styling advice?

Yes, of course. Visit us in store, contact us by email, or send us a DM on Instagram. Feel free to include photos of your space and we will gladly suggest ideas.

For larger styling projects we also offer personal home styling visits in the Oslo and Bærum area, where we come to your home and style the room using selected products from Ma Colline.

I ordered the wrong item in the webshop – can I change or cancel my order?

Usually this is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at post@macolline.no and we will assist you.

Can I return an item I purchased?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. For store pickup orders, the withdrawal period starts 7 business days after you have been notified that the order is ready for collection. Please fill out the withdrawal form included with your order and return the item to us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, such as pillows, custom curtains, seat cushions, wall textiles, or decorative pillows made to order.

Where can I find the withdrawal form?

The withdrawal form is included in your package. If you cannot find it, you can download a new one here.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept the following payment methods: Vipps / MobilePay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal
